Warehouse Safety Rules
1. Ensure the use of safety equipment
Use safety equipment such as PPE and other equipment required for fire fighting, design, maintenance and use of powered industrial trucks. Installing and using these equipment on site can greatly improve the safety of workers and make your money worth it.
2. Eliminate any potential safety hazards
Classify the potential hazards of chemicals and convey information about the hazards and appropriate protective measures to the warehouse staff. This can be achieved by conducting risk assessments and other relevant methods for identifying and assessing hazards.
3. Control electrical hazards
Promote safe electrical wiring methods, especially when dealing with temporary wiring, open wiring on cable trays and insulators. It covers the electrical devices and equipment installed or used in the warehouse, warehouse structure and other areas near the warehouse.
4. Clearly mark the designated hazardous area
Safety signs and labels will help to improve the awareness of personnel in hazardous areas and prevent accidents and injuries. In the warehouse, employees and visitors may be exposed to hazardous equipment and areas. In this case, such equipment shall be stored with appropriate labels and appropriate warning signs. 5. Check the ladder before use
